Intake and Training Specialist

As the Intake and Training Specialist, Tsasia Mercado assists the Deputy Coordinators for Intake, Outreach, and Support in ensuring prompt, compassionate, and appropriate responses to all reports received by OCRC. She also plays a key role in OCRC’s training and education efforts by facilitating programs, coordinating requests, and maintaining training data.
Tsasia earned her bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Human Relations at Ohio University. She has been an employee with OCRC since 2015. Tsasia’s favorite thing about USC is the camaraderie and teamwork among USC’s dedicated staff.
