As the Civil Rights Coordinator, Kyle Gruber serves as the lead OCRC representative responsible for responding to local, state, and federal agency (e.g., California CRD, EEOC, ED OCR, HHS OCR) matters. Kyle also ensures compliance with applicable law and policy by engaging in proactive compliance reviews. Kyle leads OCRC’s Alternative Resolution efforts, facilitating parties to reach amicable resolution of reports.
Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Rutgers University and a Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School. His favorite aspect of USC is the strong school pride on display.
