OCRC is comprised of dedicated and specialized professionals who are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and fair services to all. Together, the following teams support civil rights education, reporting, and resolution procedures.
Below are the dedicated teams from OCRC:
Leadership and Administration
This team ensures the effective implementation of the office’s civil rights mission, communicates the office’s policies and processes within the USC community, builds relationships through the development and implementation of comprehensive training and education programs, and oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the office.

Intake and Care
This team responds to all reports received by OCRC, ensuring timely, compassionate, and consistent care and support for individuals who contact the office.
Investigation and Resolution
This team ensures the prompt and appropriate resolution of Formal and Alternative Resolutions in response to Formal Complaints filed under the university’s Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
Healthcare
This team is comprised of Intake and Resolution investigators who provide services for our university community in the university healthcare system, including Keck Medicine and associated enterprises.
