The Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC)
An Office of USC Human Resources, Equal Opportunity, and Compliance
OCRC (formerly the Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX or EEO-TIX) manages the university’s prompt and caring response to all reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation relating to protected characteristics involving community members at all of USC’s locations, departments, and institutes. The office also has a dedicated team for the health system, including Keck Medicine of USC and Keck School of Medicine.
