As a Lead Investigator, Tosha Barnes handles high-profile and complex investigations to help ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of Formal and Alternative Resolutions in response to Formal Complaints filed under the university’s Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. Tosha also mentors senior investigators on the team and assists with trainings and education programs both internally and externally to USC campus partners.

Tosha has a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her favorite thing about USC is working with compassionate individuals committed to ensuring an environment in which all feel welcome and included.
