As a Lead Investigator, Mackenzie Kintz handles high-profile and complex investigations to help ensure the prompt and appropriate resolution of Formal and Alternative Resolutions in response to Formal Complaints filed under the university’s Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation. Mackenzie also mentors senior investigators on the team and assists with trainings and education programs both internally and externally to USC campus partners.
Mackenzie studied psychology and writing at California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining OCRC, Mackenzie worked for more than a decade conducting workplace and civil rights investigations in higher education and K-12 environments in California and Colorado. Mackenzie’s favorite thing about USC is working with a team of individuals who are dedicated to the meaningful expression of the Trojan Family’s values.
