Hearing Manager

Cat Monaco is the Hearing Manager in the Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC). Cat is responsible for the logistical and operational functions of the Live Hearing process. Before, during, and after the Hearing, Cat facilitates communication with the Parties, Advisors, Witnesses, and Hearing Officers to ensure an organized and respectful Hearing that complies with university policy.
Cat received her B.A. in American Studies from Emmanuel College and M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from New York University.
